Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review the Size Guide before ordering apparel.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@rootmedia.info within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Donations

Donations sent via cryptocurrency (USDC on the Solana network) are final and cannot be refunded. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once sent, so please double-check the amount and network before sending.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and a number of international destinations, shown at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order. For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged upon delivery are the customer's responsibility and are not refundable by us, as they are collected by your country's customs authority, not Root Media.
