Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review the Size Guide before ordering apparel.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@rootmedia.info within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Donations

Donations sent via cryptocurrency (USDC on the Solana network) are final and cannot be refunded. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once sent, so please double-check the amount and network before sending.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error in fulfilling your order.
